- Maintenance Specifier
Due to our current growth requirements we have an exciting career opportunity available to an individual who is passionate about asset management, self-development and being part of a successful team. This position is for the role of Maintenance Specifier (Ref: OpEx-SPC), is based out of our Christchurch office and will require travel around New Zealand and Australia.
This role require strong communication and organisation skills with a focus on team performance, implementation of systems and processes, meeting agreed objectives, and driving maintenance improvement. This role will mainly encompass activities from detailed reliability analysis, the development of preventative / condition-based maintenance programmes, maintenance planning / scheduling activities and shutdown / project management. We are looking for and experience Maintenance Planner / Co-ordinator who has proven experience in the development and implementation of maintenance planning / scheduling systems and preventive maintenance programmes. Suitable skills/qualifications would include:
o Appropriate engineering trade and/or tertiary qualifications
o Experience with computerised maintenance management systems and processes
o Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems / techniques
o Experience in change management and leadership
This role requires strong co-ordination and organisation skills, with a focus on maintenance best practices and continuous improvement.
These roles require strong communication and organisation skills with a focus on meeting objectives and undertaking a technical hands-on approach.
